Asset Director (O&M, PV & Wind) Miejsce pracy: Warszawa Recruitment for For our Client - a well established renewable energy producer, market leader - we are seeking for a experienced professional for a position of Asset Director. Successful candidate will be responsible for managing large PV and Wind assets in Poland. Your responsibilities Strategically manage the operations and maintenance of energy assets, ensuring maximum efficiency and minimising downtime. Develop and implement advanced operational strategies and maintenance procedures in line with company policies and market requirements. Prepare, optimise and execute operational budgets Monitor and analyse system performance, identify optimisation opportunities, and implement improvements. Collaborate with IT and Business Analytic teams. Lead initiatives related to operational problem-solving and continuous process improvement. Ensuring compliance with regulatory and local law, incl. UDT, IRiESD. Leading of Contractual and Warranty Claims, incl. formal communication, negotiations, inspections . Manage the technical team and coordinate activities with other company departments. Employer requirements Higher education in Engineering, Management, Energy, or a related field. Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in operations and maintenance management in the renewable energy sector. Experience in managing energy assets, including wind farms or photovoltaic installations Knowledge of commercial strategies and energy markets. Excellent analytic skills and the ability to work in a team. Familiarity with IT and OT tools and the ability to integrate them into operational processes.
