Asset Manager - Renewable Energy

JDRoss Energy are supporting one of our clients with the search for asset managers. This is a renewable energy start up focusing on wind energy, with the long term focus to move into Battery storage and Solar. They are former directors of one of the most notorious energy companies in the world. If you are looking to work for an energy company with flat hierarchy and an incredibly experienced management team then this role will be for you. Your responsibilities will be: • Assisting in the day-to-day commercial management of wind energy and photovoltaic plants in Germany • Forward-looking liquidity management and planning of possible distributions. • Conducting financial analyses and preparing reports for the internal management, banks and other parties on the performance of renewable energy assets. • Invoicing of feed-in tariffs, Go’s, leases and external operational management contracts. • Checking all incoming invoices (management, insurance, electricity supply, green maintenance, telecommunications, etc.). • Handling insurance, guarantee and warranty cases. • Document Management and assisting in contract management, ensuring compliance with agreements and monitoring of notice periods on the basis of a contract management system. • Correspondence with external project participants, e.g. banks, operating companies, insurance and accounting. You will have - • Successfully completed a university degree in the field of economics, business administration, finance, accounting or equivalent. Alternatively, successfully completed an accounting or commercial apprenticeship, with relevant work experience. • Fluent in German with experience in asset management for renewable energy This role will come up a salary of €50,000-€70,000 and a 10-15% bonus If you are interested then please contact me at Elliot.nicholls@JDrossenergy.com
