Carbro is a regional Infrastructure Contractor seeking an on-site Assistant Construction Site Supervisor to join its Project Team. Responsibilities

• Assist with supervising on site operations and ensure they are performed safely in conformance with applicable Plans, Specifications, and Details.
• Conduct Planning Meetings with Supervisor and Project/Field Engineers to ensure proper scheduling and execution of Work.
• Oversee Union crews to ensure safety, quality and productivity.
• Implement effective cost controls over Labor, Material and Subcontractors.
• Ensure adherence to the Project Schedules.

Qualifications

• Comprehension of Quality Control, Costs Control, and Site Safety a must.
• Must have strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication with others and ability to work in a team a must.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and HCSS HeavyJob.
• Ability to accomplish goals with limited supervision in a fast paced environment.
• Minimum 5 years of in Field Experience.
