Assistant Director (Sustainability)

What You’ll Do: Drive internal sustainability initiatives and ensure compliance to required standards such as ISSB and SASB. Develop opportunities in sustainability advisory service in Singapore and regionally, to help corporate customers understand their emission footprint. The key objective of the role is to drive compliance and maximum environmental impact through commercial solutions. Provide guidance on and technical leadership in the development of proposals on topics of corporate climate strategies, GHG accounting services and climate change mitigation solutions Lead corporate sustainability initiatives and reporting, and value chain analysis Monitor developments with respect to climate change issues, perform market research and analysis, and track international compliance and country specific regulatory developments Advise corporates on their emission inventories and reporting frameworks (CDP, TCFD, etc) The list of duties and responsibilities is not comprehensive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities, as management may deem necessary from time to time What You’ll Need: Excellent knowledge of GHG Protocol emissions accounting for scope 1, 2 and 3 Knowledge in requirements of ISSB, CDP, SBTi and other frameworks such as SASB, TCFD, GRI Industry-relevant connections, with a network of potential clients, collaborators and other relevant stakeholders Minimum 3 years of relevant and proven track record in environmental consultancy, project or product development Excellent stakeholder and client management skills Results-driven and strong entrepreneurial mindset Possess problem solving skills, teamwork and cross multiple functions Excellent written and oral communication skills Carbon Emissions Accounting/Greenhouse Gas Accounting (Scope 1: Direct Emissions Scope 2: Indirect Emissions Scope 3: Supply Chain/Investment) What We’ll Provide: Join us to empower the future of energy.
