Assistant Engineer - Project Management
Job Duties: Responsible for data processing of various projects to ensure effective project execution & progress monitoringCoordinate with various internal teams and external partners in delivering technical project management for customer including project planning, task scheduling, control and monitoring of project execution and risk managementPrepare project documentations including but not limited to project progress updates, meeting minutes, project plan, etc. Requirements: Bachelor Degree in Engineering/ Computer Science /Information Technology2 years relevant experience in project management or site experience of building projects is preferableProficiency in automation programming (e.g:Python & UiPath) is a plusExperience in database data preparation is preferredStrong sense of responsibilityAbility to work under pressure in handling multiple tasks simultaneouslyGood command of English, Chinese and PutonghuaSkilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook)Self-motivated with strong problem solving skills
