Assistant Manager – Human Resources (Compensation & Benefits)

Job Requirements

  • University graduate, at least 7 years’ relevant experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, proactive & people-oriented
  • Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English (including Mandarin)
  • Well versed in employment ordinance, tax regulations and related regulatory requirements of HK and Macau is preferable
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast pace working environment
  • Familiar with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

    Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the full spectrum of Compensation & Benefits functions including payroll processing, benefits management, taxation and final payment for HK & Macau
  • Manage HRIS enhancement and automation projects to enhance the effectiveness of HR operation
  • Assist in reviewing and developing HR policies, guidelines and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and other statutory requirements from time to time
  • Participate in ad-hoc human resources-related projects and reports
