Assistant Manager – Human Resources (Compensation & Benefits)
Job Requirements
University graduate, at least 7 years’ relevant experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, proactive & people-oriented
Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English (including Mandarin)
Well versed in employment ordinance, tax regulations and related regulatory requirements of HK and Macau is preferable
Able to work under pressure in a fast pace working environment
Familiar with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Responsibilities
Responsible for the full spectrum of Compensation & Benefits functions including payroll processing, benefits management, taxation and final payment for HK & Macau
Manage HRIS enhancement and automation projects to enhance the effectiveness of HR operation
Assist in reviewing and developing HR policies, guidelines and procedures
Ensure compliance with labor laws and other statutory requirements from time to time
Participate in ad-hoc human resources-related projects and reports
