They are currently seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding Commercial Department. This role offers the chance to work on diverse projects, providing commercial support and ensuring compliance with contractual requirements. You'll collaborate closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.​



Key Responsibilities:



In this role, you will assist in accurate cost and value reporting at the project level, support cash flow forecasting and monthly commercial reporting, and ensure adherence to internal commercial processes and contractual obligations. Engaging with the supply chain, you'll ensure appropriate contract terms, prepare applications for payment, and liaise on commercial issues. Collaborating with site management, you'll forecast spending and cash recovery, promote best practices, and provide cost management advice to site teams.​



What We're Looking For:



The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience in a similar role, with a degree in Quantity Surveying being desirable. Strong communication and analytical skills, proficiency in MS Excel and construction software tools, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and teamwork are essential.​
