THE ROLE
You will be supporting senior staff in delivering project management services on projects including stadiums, training centres and other sports and entertainment venues.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- To support senior members of staff in managing construction projects, including contract administration, keeping cost schedules up to date, preparing Project Execution Plans, preparing programmes, preparing risk registers, administering change control processes, taking minutes of meetings, arranging meetings, and chasing up actions.
- To manage all aspects of smaller construction projects or parts of projects allocated to you and keep senior members of staff appraised of progress and issues.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
Minimum 2 years of experience of Project Management in the construction industry.
Construction-related University degree (ideally in Project Management).
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and other MS Office software required.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail essential
Must be highly analytical, have the ability to think creatively and be proactive in striving for continuous process improvement
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a deadline-oriented environment
