Description:

These roles include a variety of responsibilities and will require you to perform a wide range of job functions. However, the primary responsibility of this position is to manage the day-to-day project management & client satisfaction in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

· Perform kickoff meetings, on-site visits, and final walkthroughs on projects.

· Maintain positive relationships with all clients and vendors.

· Update CRM software with Job Notes.

· Take photos on job sites daily.

· Communicate any issues to Senior Project Managers or SVP-Operations.

· Inspect crews on-site and ensure they follow the scope of work and perform work safely.

· Identify problems/issues in the Field with Clients and Vendors and provide solutions to remedy them quickly and effectively.

· Keep project coordinators informed on job progress throughout the projects.

· Attend weekly operational meetings.

· Maintain calendar.

Minimum Qualifications:

· The position requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Sound judgment and follow-through to accomplish tasks to completion.

· Uses tact and discretion.

· The ideal person will be a flexible & self-motivated team player who is willing to learn and perform various duties depending on the team's needs.

· Valid Drivers License and great driving record (company will provide a vehicle for daily driving to job sites)
