Assistant Project Manager / Project Executive

Northern Builders, Inc. is seeking a qualified and experienced Assistant Project Manager / Project Executive. In this position, the Assistant Project Manager / Project Executive will be reporting directly to the Senior Project Manager and/or Project Manager. 

Job Requirements are as follows:

Minimum of two (2) years construction experience, preferably in a Design Build environment. Degree in Construction Management (or comparable major) is a plus.

Working knowledge of construction procedures and scheduling.

Familiarity and understanding of construction plans.

Knowledge of Microsoft applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project.

Problem solving skills and strong communication abilities are essential.

This position will be responsible for:

Review subcontractor’s proposals

Draft contracts

Organize submittals and drawings

Circulate weekly meeting invites and meeting minutes

Maintain project documentation

Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned to support the Project Managers.
