Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are a high-end construction company seeking an experienced, hard-working, reliable, and responsible Assistant Project Manager/Superintendent for a man-made rubber lined lake and Pool/Pumphouse project. Possess working knowledge of all project plans, specifications, contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, daily correspondence, shop drawings, submittals, and all other project related documents, and maintain a complete and accurate set of as-builts. Position Overview: The Assistant Project Manager provides full time support to senior Project Manager and/or Project Manager and frequently interacts with the consultants and sub-contractors. S/he is responsible for ensuring that all aspects of our services are being delivered to the highest level to ensure client satisfaction. Experience

Required Experience
- Procore
- Microsoft Project
- Bachelor’s degree in construction, design, architecture, engineering or related field or a minimum of five (5) years of related experience; or an equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience.
- Proven written and verbal communication abilities; proficiency with computer applications, including Microsoft Office suite. Demonstrated ability to read, understand and interpret contract and insurance documents and forms, and make appropriate recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Assist the project manager in the execution of the management plan for assigned projects
- Facilitate communications between office and field staff
- Organize, file, and maintain all current project documents
- Enter information into and manage the digital project databases
- Assist in ensuring compliance with necessary specifications
- Schedule and confirm deliveries to field staff
- Help create and adhere to project timeline and calendar
- Schedule Subs, meetings, phone calls, site visits, etc.
- Consult with and gather information from technicians, engineers, contractors, etc.
Qualifications:
- Procore project management software
- Microsoft Project scheduling software
- Prior experience working within construction, design, architecture, engineering or related field with knowledge of AIA Contracts
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 5:30pm. Salary based on experience. $80k to $130k a year Must pass a Drug Screen and a Background Check.Must have references. ***In order to be considered, you must include a resume and currently live in Florida *** Benefits:401(k) with 4% match$550 per month towards the cost of the following insurances
