We are seeking to hire a full time Assistant Purchasing Manager with an extensive background in fine custom homes with strong interpersonal skills. Someone who enjoys working with Clients and is detail oriented yet capable of handling multiple projects. Some of the job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
-Strong Computer Skills (Excel, Estimating systems, E-mail)
-Finding and vetting new Trade Partners
-Client monthly budget meetings—preparation and client management
-Bid Process management
-Base Plan budget maintenance
-Base Bid management
-Trade Partner pricing management
-Pricing Forecast
-Structural Take Offs
-Finish Take Offs (Trim, Flooring, Counter tops, etc…)
-Base Pricing
-Reconcile invoicing concerns
