Assistant Quantity Surveyor - Construction\nLocation: Leicester\nSalary: £30,000 - £40,000 + (DOE)\n\nThe Company:\nOur client is looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor who is actively seeking a new opportunity. They currently enjoy a turnover of £75million and operate within a diverse range of sectors but 2 key primary sectors; Multi-rooms & Industrial Warehouse, with many of the schemes that they deliver being of a new build nature.\nProject values range from £5 million up to £20 million with schemes being procured on both a negotiated and competitive basis. \nThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading Main Contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects.

Working closely with a Senior Quantity Surveyor to develop, learn and grow. Your focus is to manage build cost and maximises margin whilst enhancing value for money for our clients and achieving the required standards and quality.

\n\nAbout You:\n•\tPrevious experience as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor\n•\tReside within commutable distance of East Midlands.\n•\tPrevious experience on Industrial or Multiroom projects.
