Assistant and Intermediate Quantity Surveyors required in London\n\nGVR Solutions are currently representing a well-established and leading Contractor, based in London, who are seeking an Assistant or Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join their Commercial team.\n\nYou must have at least 1 years shop fitting surveying experience.\n\nAssistant and Intermediate Quantity Surveyor or Intermediate roles and responsibilities:\n\n * Assist in tendering process at all stages\n\n * Sub-contract Tendering\n\n * Cost Control\n\n * Cost reporting\n\n * Liaise with all Internal teams\n\n * Attend projects meetings\n\n * Assist with procurement\n\n * Final Accounts\n\nThe Assistant and Intermediate Quantity Surveyor must have/be:\n\n * Hold a Quantity Surveying degree or Construction Management degree\n\n * Ideally 1 years shop fitting surveying experience in the construction industry\n\n * Relevant IT Skills\n\n * Excellent oral communication and written skills\n\n * A good knowledge of Maths\n\n * Strong attention to detail\n\n * Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills\n\n * Confident, Articulate and a critical thinker\n\n * Ability to work to deadlines\n\n * Willing to undertake training and development when needed.\n\nIf you meet all the Assistant and Intermediate Quantity Surveyor requirements above, then please get in touch
