Job Title: Assistant Quantity Surveyor\n\nLocation: Milton Keynes\n\nPackage: £30,000 - £40,000 plus Car Allowance \n\nSkilled Careers are working with a Main Contractor who have an impressive turnover of £1bn and due to an incredible amount of work winning they are looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join the team.\n\nThe Assistant Quantity Surveyor would be working alongside a Senior Quantity Surveyor on a New Build Residential Project which is valued at £70m.\n\nDuties\n\nWorking alongside an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor on a New Build Residential Project based in Milton Keynes.\n\t\nDevelop and encourage project team performance encouraging and ensuring that main contractual obligations and or strategies are executed and regularly reviewed.\n\t\nComplete and submit monthly CVR and progress reports.\n\t\nDemonstrate understanding of internal and external tender strategies / build up and work to the profit plan.\n\t\nAgree external valuations / cash flow to maximise project value.\n\nRequirements\n\nAn Assistant Quantity Surveyor who has experience working for a UK Main Contractor.\n\t\nNew Build experience\n\t\nSomeone has the ambitions to progress to Quantity Surveyor.\n\nWhat is in it for you?\n\n£30,000 - £40,000\n\t\nCar allowance\n\t\nBonus\n\t\nClear progression to Quantity Surveyor.\n\t\nSupport in further education.\n\nThis is an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to work for a leading Main Contractor.\n\nFor more information contact Angus on\n\n(phone number removed)\n\nor send an email to (url removed)
