If you have a strong foundation in quantity surveying and are eager to grow within a developer, housebuilder, or main contractor, we want to hear from you!\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * \n\n Assist with the procurement and management of subcontractors, ensuring alignment with budgets and project requirements.\n\n * \n\n Support the production of monthly CVR reports.\n\n * \n\n Conduct on-site measurements and valuations, assisting in contractor payment assessments.\n\n * \n\n Help generate monthly cashflows and valuations.\n\n * \n\n Maintain strong control over change management processes.\n\n * \n\n Build and sustain excellent subcontractor relationships.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For:\n\n * \n\n Strong communication, negotiation, and planning skills.\n\n * \n\n Motivated and eager to learn, with a passion for delivering high-quality developments.\n\n * \n\n Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.\n\n * \n\n IT literate, proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.\n\n * \n\n : Experience using Coins software or a willingness to learn.\n\nWhy Join?\n\nThis is a fantastic opportunity to kick-start your career with a dynamic and thriving company.
