F&R are looking for a competent assistant manager in Liverpool for a long term placement for one of our 5* star house building clients.\n\nAbout the job?\n\nThe role is based in Liverpool, assisting the site team in handing over plots for summer targets. The role will have a variety of responsibilities including: cmls, snag lists, managing trades on externals and internals. liaising with subcontractors and remedial works for completion, booking subcontractors in and so on.
