Location: Northampton\nContract Type: Temp to Perm\nSalary: Competitive, depending on experience\n\nWe’re working with a leading Tier 1 contractor who are delivering one of their flagship projects in the Northampton area. They’re looking to bring an Assistant Site Manager on board to support the delivery of this high-profile scheme.\n\nThis is a temp to perm opportunity with clear progression into a Site Manager role. You'll be working alongside an experienced site team, gaining hands-on experience on a major project and developing the skills needed to take the next step in your career.\n\nThe Role:\n\n * \n\n Supporting the Site Manager in day-to-day operations on site\n\n * \n\n Helping to manage subcontractors and ensure work is completed to programme\n\n * \n\n Ensuring health & safety standards are upheld at all times\n\n * \n\n Assisting with site paperwork, inductions, and quality checks\n\n * \n\n Building strong relationships with site teams, clients, and stakeholders\n\nWhat we’re looking for:\n\n * \n\n Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager, Site Supervisor, or similar\n\n * \n\n A good understanding of construction processes and on-site management\n\n * \n\n SMSTS or SSSTS, First Aid, and CSCS card\n\n * \n\n Strong organisational and communication skills\n\n * \n\n A positive, proactive attitude and a desire to progress\n\nThis is an excellent opportunity for someone who’s looking to step into a permanent role and grow within a Tier 1 contractor.
