We are looking for a live, on-site Assistant Site Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at Rogue River Estates and ensure tenants have a safe, clean, and comfortable environment to call home. On-site is required for the Assistant Site Manager role, and a one-bedroom apartment, including utilities, is provided. The apartment accommodates a maximum occupancy of two people.
The salary for this position is $1,300, paid bi-monthly on the 15th and the last day of each month.

What You’ll Do:
As an Assistant Site Manager, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining the property and working directly with tenants. Your key duties will include:
- Perform daily cleaning and light maintenance of both the interior and exterior common areas.
- Conducting inspections, responding to emergencies, and performing light maintenance.
- Fostering a positive community environment by addressing concerns professionally.

Skills:
- Previous experience in janitorial, light maintenance, property management or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal skills and maintaining professional relationships with tenants and staff.
- Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and regulations.
