YOUR ROLE Assist in Operations Process excellence Project managementQuality management Risk assessment Training preparation Finance Marketing and sales Speak Chinese Have working experience in Shoe or Chemical industry for 3~5 yearsResponsible for product recommendations, customized products applications, new product demonstrations and troubleshooting for customersRecommends solutions and performs technical visits (meetings, audits, demonstrations, troubleshooting, etc.) for customers with documentationReports quality issues / customer's claims to relevant parts of the organizationWorks with application equipment to provide solutions to enhance customer adhesive related processesReports technical results and contributes to customer presentations Works effectively on SBU and/or Regional specific projectsMay supervise the laboratory work (incl. prioritization) for samples coming from customers, and report technical results to customers YOUR SKILLS Possesses bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or related engineering field is preferredPossesses 3-5 years of working experience in Chemical industry (preferably in the shoes or textiles sector)Experienced in lab control equipment, application center and project management are preferredAbility to converse in Mandarin will be an added advantage (In order to liaise with Chinese clients) ADDIONAL INFORMATION:Hiring Location is at Thanh Hoa At Henkel, we come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
