Job Title: Associate Architect
Salary: £70,000+ per annum

Working arrangement: Hybrid (2D office, 3D WFH)

Role Overview:
Our client is seeking an experienced and talented Associate Architect to join their team. The successful candidate must be RIBA registered and have extensive experience in delivering commercial workplace, data centres, or retail projects. This is a leadership role, requiring strong project management and team coordination abilities, alongside technical expertise in Revit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead architectural design and delivery, data centre projects.
- Oversee project teams, providing leadership and mentorship to junior architects and designers.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality standards, ensuring successful delivery.
- Develop and present architectural concepts, designs, and technical solutions.
- Work closely with other disciplines to ensure seamless project integration.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Key Requirements:
- RIBA registered Architect.
- Proven experience working on data centre projects.
- Experience working on projects in the Middle East is a strong advantage.
- Proficient in Revit with strong technical and design capabilities.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, including experience managing project teams.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
Working Environment:
- Hybrid working model: 2 days in the office, 3 days from home.
- Core hours: 10am to 3pm, offering flexibility around those times.
