Are you an attorney in good standing with the State Bar of California and have 4–5 years of civil litigation experience? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, engaging work environment? If so, we invite you to join our growing and highly regarded business and real estate litigation firm.

About the Role: From day one, you’ll gain hands-on experience managing both ongoing and new litigation matters. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing case strategies and plans.
  • Leading all aspects of litigation, including fact investigations, drafting pleadings and motions, conducting discovery, and engaging in pretrial and trial work.
  • Building and nurturing strong business and client relationships.

Compensation and Benefits: We offer a competitive base salary of $130,000–$145,000, commensurate with experience. Our firm culture emphasizes work-life balance, effective communication, teamwork, and career development. Additional benefits include:

Requirements:
