A civil engineer or site planner with experience in CAD, GIS, site plan development to meet local zoning and code requirements and New York State regulations; storm water management, treatment, and New York State SPDES permitting, subsurface wastewater treatment and disposal system design and New York State SPDES permitting, sanitary sewer system designs, and on-site small wastewater treatment system.  Job will require being able to perform site inspections and on-site testing (e.g., percolation tests).  Surveying experience using drone overflight on on-ground equipment is a plus.
