Associate construction manager

1. Need an Associate project manager for a construction project with basic construction experience ( 2 yrs experience)
2. Must be able to call multiple contracting companies and come up with bids
3. Must be able to complete bids line by line and document  pros and cons
4. Follow up on project plans, schedules, and budgets.
5. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors.
6. Provide regular progress updates and reports.
7. Address concerns and resolve conflicts efficiently.
8. Enforce safety protocols and conduct risk assessments.
9. Ensure quality standards are met at every stage of construction.
10. Conduct site inspections and resolve issues promptly.
