Growing together.Primary Responsibilities: Design & Develop Data Marts, De-normalized views & Data Models for projectsData Quality control processes around the data sets used for analysis Team Management Mentoring & Grooming Junior EngineersLead and Drive Knowledge sharing session within the teamOwn the technical deliveries of the team Capability Development Work with Senior team members to develop new capabilities for the team Collaboration Collaborate with Enterprise teams within UHG for requirement gathering and use case implementation for the productCollaborate with Data Scientists & Data Analysts to work on a solution to address a business problem Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment).
