That means delivering better outcomes for our clients, helping our people to realize their potential, and doing our part to create a prosperous society.Every day we help our major global clients deliver ambitious and highly technical projects, in over 110 offices worldwide.Job DescriptionWe are seeking for a highly qualified Senior Professional with extensive experience in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems to join our team in Frankfurt. Oversee the construction phase of the data centre fit-out, demonstrating a deep understanding of MEP systems, with a specific emphasis on electrical systems.Manage the design process effectively, collaborating with architects and engineers to ensure the development of efficient and reliable MEP systems aligned with project requirements.Lead the procurement of plant and equipment, ensuring adherence to industry standards, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with project specifications.Foster strong relationships with trade partners, subcontractors, and vendors, establishing a collaborative framework for successful project execution.Conduct thorough commercial analyses, providing insights into cost-effective solutions without compromising the high-quality standards expected in a data centre environment.Generate detailed technical reports, communicating project progress, identifying potential challenges, and offering solutions with clarity and precision.Operate at a very senior level, making strategic decisions that reflect a profound understanding of both commercial and technical considerations.Instill a culture of partnership and collaboration within the team and with external stakeholders, fostering an environment conducive to project success.Ensure alignment with project timelines, quality benchmarks, and overarching data centre fit-out goals during the construction phase.Exhibit strong communication skills to liaise effectively with cross-functional teams, senior leadership, and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and understanding throughout all project phases.QualificationsUniversity degree in a relevant field preferably electrical engineering / project management.A minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience, showcasing expertise in managing MEP systems.Proven track record in overseeing several construction phases for very large-scale data centre projects.Demonstrated skills in conducting detailed commercial analysis and providing technical leadership in complex projects.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, crucial for effective collaboration and leadership in a dynamic environment.Fluent English language skills, min.
