Understanding of contract administration JCT, NEC, FIDIC. Understanding of the design process and leadership principles. Understanding of Building Regulations and Compliance. Effective and deep technical knowledge of Building as systems, legislation and delivery. Risk Management and mitigation. Demonstrable experience of undertaking technical auditing and ensuring these are enforced. Able to present a range of technical information in an easy to understand fashion to diverse audiences and at industry level. Able to network, share lessons learned/knowledge and innovate.
