About the role As the Associate Mechanical Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in Engineering & Building Services sector.     Requirements for this role    Work Experience :  3-5 years of relevant work experience in mechanical engineering or related fields. Internships or co-op programs can count toward this experience. Technical Skills : Proficiency in engineering design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar) and understanding of engineering principles and practices. Analytical Skills : Ability to analyze data and apply engineering principles to solve problems. Communication Skills : Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders. Project Management : Basic understanding of project management principles and experience with project timelines and deliverables. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
