Technical Director / Associate Partner – Mechanical Design (Building Services) – London\n\nA London-based multi-disciplinary, property consultancy is seeking an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer (Building Services) to join them as a Technical Director / Associate Partner.\n\nAs an Associate Partner, you will play a very important role in helping develop and expand the London Building Services team with new and existing opportunities.\n\nThey are currently working on projects ranging from £3 to £100 million across industrial, commercial, educational, residential and healthcare sectors. They deliver their projects to a minimum of BIM level 2 standards.\n\nDuties will include:\n\nAssist with developing Building Services within the company and lead the technical development of the group\n\t\nAssisting the office Partner to lead and manage the Building Services team\n\t\nManage existing clients and develop further opportunities\n\t\nBe responsible for resourcing and delivering to a financial target\n\t\nAttend networking events, seminars and business development events to raise awareness of the company.\n\t\nDesign and oversee the implementation of mechanical engineering projects\n\t\nPeer review of colleagues works\n\t\nCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including building services professionals, environmental scientists, and community stakeholders\n\nTo be considered for this position:\n\nYou must have hands-on experience with Mechanical Design from a consultancy or contractor background. Ideally, you will be Chartered or working towards.\n\t\nStrong knowledge of Building Services regulations and design principles\n\t\nKnowledge of current legislation.\n\nThis is a great time to join the team as they have entered a fascinating period of expansion.
