About the role:

\n

\n

As Associate Project Manager you will be involved with the project management of on-going internal and external projects within Pharmanovia, working with Technical, Regulatory, Quality, Commercial, Finance, Legal, Supply Chain, Artwork, and PV/Medical teams to ensure an integrated approach to project planning across the teams.

\n

\n

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be overseeing various projects, including technical transfers, M&A and licensing integrations and strategic initiatives. This role will be mostly focused on technical transfer projects to support recent acquisitions, with opportunity to get involved in other project types across the team.

\n

\n

The department has an ethos of continuous improvement, refining systems and creating efficiencies. This, along with the rapid growth of the business, leads to a varied and dynamic working environment.

\n

Main responsibilities & duties:

\n

\n

    \n
  • Planning, tracking and monitoring technical, acquisition and strategic project plans to meet within the pre-defined project timelines, to meet business goals and objectives
  • \n

  • Carrying out daily project related activities including maintenance of project plans, action logs and co-ordination with the Pharmanovia team
  • \n

  • Maintaining and tracking details project plans across multiple operational departments
  • \n

  • Identifying potential project problems and risks, and mitigate contingencies & implement corrective actions
  • \n

  • Arranging and leading inter-departmental calls & meetings
  • \n

  • Production of monthly and ad hoc reporting, as well as preparation and presentation of updates to key shareholders
  • \n

  • Optimising current and manage operational processes for allocated projects to meet end goals
  • \n

  • Developing and managing ongoing professional relationships with Pharmanovia's key partner companies via defined communication channels on a global level
  • \n

About you:

\n

\n

Candidates with excellent project management skills with experience gained in a similar environment are likely to have the skills and knowledge required for this role. We are also looking for:

\n

\n

  • Degree level education, with further training or qualifications in project management a plus
  • \n

  • Experience with planning and execution of technical transfers
  • \n

  • Excellent level of computer literacy and technical aptitude with working knowledge of MS Office products, i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint as well as project management tools
  • \n

  • Excellent command of English, both written and verbal, additional desirable
  • \n

  • Strong communication skills to build and maintain internal and external relationships
  • \n

  • Ability to manage workload efficiently and prioritise effectively, including to working to deadlines with multiple projects and priorities
  • \n

  • Ability to work in a cross-functional team and on own initiative
  • \n

  • Analytical, detail-oriented and excellent organisational skills
  • \n

  • Flexible attitude, adept at problem solving
  • \n

  • Confident producing reports and document writing
  • \n

  • Willing and able to travel within and outside the UK, depending on the project
  • \n
