About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Associate/Senior Project Manager to join a highly regarded consultancy with a strong presence in London. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering high-quality fit-out projects across the commercial sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of CAT A & CAT B fit-out projects from inception to completion.
• Oversee project teams, ensuring all stakeholders work collaboratively to meet deadlines and objectives.
• Maintain high standards in project delivery, focusing on client satisfaction and attention to detail.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and risk, delivering projects within agreed parameters.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, contractors, and consultants.

Requirements

• Proven experience in delivering CAT A & CAT B fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
• A passion for delivering exceptional results in the built environment.
• Degree qualified in a relevant field, with professional accreditation (e.g., MRICS, MAPM, or equivalent) being highly advantageous.
