Our client is a leading provider of engineering services across public and private sectors, with a network of and international offices.



They currently have a great opportunity for a structural engineer at associate level within their Norwich office. Are you a leader who enjoys bringing out the best in people? Do you have experience of data centre projects and are keen to work on global schemes?



Key Requirements:



Degree Qualified MEng/MSc

Eurocode 8 or equivalent experience

At minimum 6 years' experience at senior level

Capability to work on challenging projects simultaneously

Proven ability to deliver projects/part of projects within programme



Duties and Responsibilities:



Day-to-day project, team and workload management to deliver projects on time and to budget

Stakeholder management

Ability to communicate complex technical issues to a non-technical audience

Prepare clear and concise technical reports and presentations

On-the-job and ad hoc training of more junior staff to meet project needs and support their progression

Direct line management of project team(s) through in person support
