We are recruiting an Associate level or Associate Director level structural engineer for an established and growing multi disciplinary consultancy with a number of offices across the UK, and an established Manchester office (just moved into a new plush location in Manchester).

They have an established structural team and operation across other offices, and are now looking to establish structures and a structures team in the Manchester office (currently focussed on building services).

This would be a very exciting opportunity for a current Associate Structural Engineer or Associate Director to establish the structures division and grow this, with the full support and backing from the Directors.

The roie:

* Establish structures business for the Manchester office

* Network and grow the business

* Recruit further structural team members

* Suit a current Structural Associate or AD with no current progression, and being blocked from moving forward

* Could suit an ambitious Principal with client facing/BD approach/skills

The company already has structures teams in other offices and structures business, and a well established building services team in Manchester. You would have full support from the Manchester Director and the overall structural director to get this set up.
