\nAssociate Structural Engineer, Buildings Key Responsibilities:\n

  • Lead and deliver structural engineering projects, ensuring technical excellence and quality.

  • Manage and inspire project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

  • Oversee the preparation of designs, reports, and specifications.
  • \n

  • Act as the primary client contact, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction.

  • Ensure compliance with relevant standards, regulations, and codes of practice.

\nWhat We're Looking For:\n

  • \nChartered Engineer status (ICE or IStructE) is strongly .
  • \n

  • A minimum of 7 years' experience in structural engineering within the UK, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • \n

  • Strong technical expertise across a variety of sectors, with an emphasis on Commercial, Education, and Data Centres.
  • \n

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • \n

  • Proactive, with a strong initiative and the ability to work autonomously.
  • \n

  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • \n
