Our customer is looking for an Assistant Site Manager to oversee a major project in De Soto, KS. This person will be responsible for supervising field construction work and managing timelines, budgets, and safety measures, in addition to sub-contractors and employees.

The ideal candidate offers 5+ years' experience in the industrial, construction and/or mechanical installation field.

Additional responsibilities include:

• Ability to estimate project costs considering the appropriate labor, materials, and equipment necessary for estimation and execution of the project.
• Ability to guide or review daily logs, monthly reports, etc. as needed for clarification and updates of project progress.
• Ensure all materials are properly tested according to specifications and ensure all test results are properly recorded.
