A well-established Orange County law firm seeks a skilled Civil Litigation Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience representing retail establishments and municipalities for premises liability and other general defense litigation.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of litigation experience
• Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills
• Experience handling depositions, motions, and court appearances
• Ability to manage cases independently and work in a team environment

Compensation:

• Competitive salary starting at $150K - $200K+, (based on experience) multiple bonus opportunities, comprehensive benefits, and partnership track.
