Senior Litigation Attorney – Lead, Litigate, Win

What You'll Do:

• Act independently on complex litigation matters, including drafting pleadings, motions, legal briefs, and managing discovery
• Present and cross-examine witnesses, negotiate with opposing parties, and develop case strategy from start to finish
• Make critical case decisions based on sound judgment and a deep understanding of client needs
• Supervise, train, and mentor associates and paralegals through active delegation and feedback
• Work toward mastery in litigation or other areas of expertise, contributing to the firm's overall success

What You Bring:

• Litigation experience
• Experience in all stages of litigation, including trial preparation, trial, and appeals (though in-court trial experience is not required)
• Mastery of civil procedure and litigation principles within the firm's practice areas
• Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Superior written and oral communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
