Qualifications:

• Juris Doctorate from ABA-accredited law school.
• Active membership and good standing with the State Bar of Pennsylvania (Admission to WV and Ohio a plus).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial litigation.
• Strong writing, research, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Capable of independent work and effective teamwork.
• Experience with motion practice and taking/defending depositions.
• First or second chair trial experience a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Drive for excellence.
• Sharp oral advocacy skills with deposition and/or courtroom experience
