The Audit Manager will play a pivotal role in managing and delivering high-quality audit engagements in Northampton. You will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects, ensuring that each audit meets our rigorous standards, and serving as a key point of contact for our clients. This role requires a strategic mindset, the ability to mentor teams, and a hands-on approach to managing both the technical and operational aspects of audit assignments.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\n * Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of audit assignments from start to finish.\n\n * Lead, coach, and develop audit teams to achieve high performance.\n\n * Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and tailored advice.\n\n * Ensure all audits comply with current regulatory standards and best practices.\n\n * Support business development efforts by identifying opportunities for new engagements.\n\nQualifications & Skills:\n\n * ACA/ACCA qualified with at least 5 years’ audit experience.\n\n * Demonstrable leadership and project management skills.\n\n * Strong analytical and interpersonal abilities.\n\n * Excellent communication skills with a client-focused approach.\n\n * Proven track record in managing multiple audit projects effectively.\n\nJoin this dynamic team and make a real impact!
