Audit Manager Responsibilities:
- Plan and design auditing projects and necessary tasks.
- Assign roles to team members.
- Ensure quality and accuracy in audits and financial reports.
- Meet with management and stakeholders to discuss findings and outcomes.
- Develop strategies to improve junior auditors' work.
- Oversee staff and address team needs.
- Assist in the auditing process when required.
Audit Manager Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or commerce.
- CPA certification and an active accounting license.
- 4-5 years of experience as an auditor with knowledge of accounting software.
