We reward employees with competitive pay and incentives to recognize skills, competencies, and contributions to business results. Get to Experience a collaborative environment where teamwork is celebrated with flexibility that enhances balance and an inclusive atmosphere that is welcoming to all!Get to know our Purpose and make it yours by bringing innovations to market that improve the world, share a commitment to sustainability that makes our planet better and give back to communities in which we work and live.Core responsibilities:Serve as owner of process control system infrastructure, programming, cybersecurity, and related management of change activity.Lead production process automation control upgrade and modification for product/process improvement.Create and own long-term control systems vision and related system integration plans, and ensure capital plans properly reflect these plans.Lead capital project activity.Engage site PSM activities to ensure compliance with corporate standards and regulatory requirements.Serve as or work closely with site safety interlock guardian to ensure all Safety Instrumented System requirements are met.Works closely with site manufacturing teams and technical engineers to define and execute improvement goals (safety, asset productivity and quality).Qualifications:MS or BS in EE, ME, Ch.E or Automation Control background.5+ years of experience in designing and engineering production process automation control.Knowledge of process control requirements, system architecture design, configuration, integration, and implementation of process control strategies using PLC-based control systems and HMI programmingExperience in specifying, installing, maintaining, calibrating, and troubleshooting instruments and analyzers.Familiarity with Solidworks, Pro-E, Creo2, and AutoCADStrong communication and leadership skills for project management.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Prior experience with coding, database management, Six Sigma methodology, and Process Safety Management will be considered a plus.Join our
