To support IT@AMP's drive for high performance, the team's vision is to consistently exceed customer expectations by delivering technology solutions that they value.  We work closely in partnership with internal and external providers to deliver end-to-end technology The Opportunity: Deliver Quality outcomes for Agile changes through analysis, planning, creation and execution of Test scenarios, cases and procedures. Deliver optimised test automation frameworks, tooling and scripts and maintain and update existing automated Regression scripts About the role: Ensure Testing Methodologies are adhered to throughout the Agile Development process Consult on testing matters to business and IT project managers  Actively contribute to the continuous improvement on the ways of working by participating in related process improvement activities. Creation and execution of test cases during sprints.  Working closely with project and portfolio teams to identify appropriate automation techniques as part of the overall testing approach. Implementation of automation frameworks such as (Robot Framework) TestComplete or other suitable tools.  Design, plan and create automated test scripts Accountable for the development and maintenance of the automation suite Establishing yourself as an automation SME and work closely with project teams in improving testing capability across all technologies. Ability to interact with developers, other testers, BAs, Operation teams and all levels of management Liaise with business users, business analysts and developers to ensure that any assigned defects are resolved Identify project risks and/or issues Test automation script maintenance and code enhancement. Ensure all assigned testing deliverables timelines are met Collaboration with BA’s, Change, Development, Architecture and Business teams Experience in Test Automation tools, techniques and methodologies needed to improve efficiency and quality. Job specific capabilities required: Experience working with Agile testing methodology and processes Excellent analytical and problem solving Experience working with 3rd party vendors  Ability to work within an agile team using Scrum methodologies Strong collaboration with developers, business analysts and DevOps Behaviour Driven Development Hands-on experience with source code management, code repository management. Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery Test data analysis and management Good verbal, written and presentation skills About you: 5+ Previous QA and automation experience (Banking preferred) Experience with NextGen application Strong experience with implementing test automation within large, complex programs of work Strong test automation experience on Web Apps, Web Services and Mobile Apps Solid knowledge of programming in an Object-Oriented Language (for the purposes of embedding complex logic in test automation scripts) Solid understanding Smartbear TestComplete and Jenkins (or similar) – specifically in terms of how to orchestrate distributed test execution and manage test results Solid understanding of how to parse and present test results that can be easily understood by non-technical stakeholders Intermediate SQL skills Strong knowledge about database integration automation, SQL query and data validation, data comparison. Experience in Agile and understand the principles of Test-Driven Development, Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, GUI and API test automation (EG using SOAP UI or similar solutions) Working at AMP We are transforming our business.
