Automation Engineer - Food industry

Assess current systems and identify opportunities for automation and IT integration.Develop a strategic plan for the integration of systems such as SCADA, MES, and other monitoring tools.Lead the implementation of automation and IT systems.Manage relationships and projects with external integrators and suppliers.Oversee project progress, including timelines, budgets, and resources.Train and support internal teams on new systems and processes.Ensure effective communication with business teams to guarantee the adoption of new technologies.Prepare regular reports on project progress, costs, and return on investment (ROI).Analyze the performance of implemented systems and propose continuous improvements.Degree in automation engineering, industrial IT, or a related field.Significant experience (at least 3 years) in implementing automation and IT systems in an industrial environment.Proficiency with automation software such as Siemens TiaPortal.Experience with supervision systems like Aveva, iFix, or similar.Skills in UML modeling software, such as Enterprise Architect or Lucidchart.Proficiency in project management software, such as Microsoft Project or JIRA.Proficiency in French and EnglishCompetitive salary and benefits package.An exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and innovative team in the food industry.A challenging role with significant responsibilities and the chance to make a real impact on the company's automation and IT strategy.
