Automation Engineer (Pharmaceutical MNC, Mechanical, Engineer) #HVW

Responsibilities Collaborate with all departments to help put together solutions to develop plant automation strategies. Lead automation projects from conceptual plan through implementation into existing plant processes. Manage other engineering projects based on business needs and capital spending plan Manage project schedule and budget to complete projects on time and on budget. Facilitate collaborative project meetings to evaluate and assess changes to existing processes and personnel due to automation. Collaborate with all departments to implement SOP/department changes to implement automation Develop communication and training plans for new projects. Collaborate with IT and plant operations to provide automated information solutions for real time data based decision making and scorecards. Follow established equipment Lockout/Tagout procedures as required without fail. Comply with all safety and environmental rules and regulations per established company policies. Provide out-of-hours technical support to address and rectify technical issues and queries per rotational basis Support Lean Manufacturing environments and Continuous Improvement through engineered solutions. Perform all other duties as assigned. Requirements Min Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Computing, or Mechatronic or other relevant field) Min. 2 years of experience in biopharmaceutical industry(preferred) Min. 3 years of experience in good engineering practice, process automation and maintenance Analytical thinking Excellent communication skills Thank You.
