If you want to contribute to meaningful work and be part of an organization that truly believes when you win, we all win, and when you fail, we all learn, then we’re eager to hear from you.The achievers and courageous challenge-crushers we seek, have the following characteristics and skills: Roles & Responsibilities:PLC, HMI and SCADA programming of control systems in a variety of platforms for water and wastewater treatment systems.Hands-on Experience of Programming of Allen Bradley PLC, HMI SCADA System is a Must (ControlLogix, RSLogix5000, Factory Talk View-Machine Edition or Site Edition)Configuration and testing of PLC data and IO networks.Read and process engineering documents, including P&IDs, process design guidelines, Electrical Schematics, Communications Network Architecture and engineering best practices guides.Collaborate in cross-functional project team discussions and meetings, and proactively seek relevant details for programming deliverables.Interpret and follow contract and customer specificationsContribute to the design of process controls strategies and documentation with operator and equipment safety in mind.Manage budget, scope and schedule and report risks and opportunities to project managers in timely manner.Lead/coordinate/guide other automation programming resources for projects as neededCommunicate in a formal, professional, and technical manner to various audiencesProvide timely support for field service teams during commissioning, trouble- shooting, and issue resolutionWork with 3rd-party system integrators to coordinate plant design and operation as neededEstablish, maintain, implement and follow Veolia standard practices for programming.Execute projects for a wide variety of Water Treatment Technologies will be a value addition (including Ion Exchange, Immersed and Pressurized Ultra Filtration, Membrane Bioreactors, Reverse Osmosis, Electro Deionization, Electrodialysis Reversal, Thermal, Conventional)Participate in customer witnessed FAT, SAT and other related Control System checkouts as neededWork with internal stakeholders to provide input up front in the project cycle including bids, design reviews and factory testingRequired Skills :Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Equivalent from an accredited University or CollegeTwo to five years’ experience developing Rockwell based PLC, HMI and SCADA programs for process control applications.Automation testing experience (simulation and/or field environment)Experience interpreting process control documents.Excellent written/verbal communication skills and problem-solving abilitiesProven ability to follow set of procedures and standards, and extrapolate new concepts from established standardsKnowledge of and/or demonstrated ability to learn equipment and processes related to WTS products and systems including but not limited to RO/ED,UF/MBR, Ion Exchange, Thermal and Conventional technologies will be value addition
