Job Title: Automation Maintenance Technician

Compensation: Up to $59K

TEEMA is looking for a Maintenance Technician to join an automated fulfillment center in Middletown, OH. As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be an integral part of our proprietary system's maintenance and improvement processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute scheduled electrical and mechanical maintenance throughout the site with precision and safety.

- Maintain accurate records of work activities, tasks, utilized parts, and provided training.

- Conduct assembly and sub-assembly repairs following written instructions, blueprints, and schematics.

- Address equipment breakdowns promptly by diagnosing issues and implementing corrective actions.

- Utilize data analysis to optimize the performance of Material Handling Equipment (MHE) and generate essential reports.

- Perform thorough quality inspections to ensure all work adheres to established safety standards.

- Work closely with the Engineering Team Manager and Senior Maintenance Engineer to prioritize daily tasks.

Qualifications:

- Practical background in electrical and mechanical maintenance.

- Proficient in interpreting written instructions, blueprints, and schematics.

- Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

- Dedication to upholding safety standards and delivering high-quality work.
