Our client requires an experienced Automotive Digital Commerce Acquisitions Specialist to join their team for a minimum period of 12 Months

This role owns the acquisition strategy for our client's digital commerce platform.

Using paid and organic acquisition activity, you will drive traffic and the sale of cars and complimentary products resulting in increased revenue and profit.

Main Responsibilities:

Develop the customer acquisition strategy that grows and optimizes traffic, orders, and revenue from our clients' new digital commerce channel.

Responsible for key acquisition channels including PPC, SEO, paid social, affiliates, display, and digital partnerships that drive a direct response outcome. You are the in-house specialist, constantly challenging the status quo, and driving continuous improvements across your channels.

Create and implement the SEO strategy for the new digital commerce platform and conduct regular SEO audits to ensure performance is maximized.

Champion a test-and-learn culture within your channels, driving the learning agenda to ensure ROI is constantly improved.

Lead and motivate the media agency to deliver against your commercial objectives and transition them to ways of working that meet the agile demands of digital commerce.

Work closely with the wider Automobile Communication team to ensure acquisition for digital commerce sits naturally alongside wider brand and media activity.

You are a customer-first thinker, with complete clarity over customer needs, and able to utilize insights to deliver a personalized and customer-driven acquisition approach.

You are passionate about facts and numbers and will build robust KPIs for each channel alongside a reporting suite that allows you to make informed, agile, commercial decisions based on ROI and analytics.

You will contribute to the financial and volume performance of the UK Automotive business by delivering against specific targets related to generating revenue and profit from the sale of cars and complimentary products via acquisition channels.

Responsible for the significant acquisition budget, ensuring our investments always deliver ROI and meet commercial obligations.

Qualifications, skills, and experience:

Required:

Strong performance marketing experience, ideally from a digital commerce background.

Experience in developing and implementing successful acquisition and attribution strategies from scratch.

Strong understanding and practical experience of core digital marketing channels including Affiliates, programmatic display, paid social, PPC, and SEO.

Solid web analytics experience, preferably Google Analytics

A true passion for your discipline, with a clear understanding of channel innovations, future trends, and best practices.

Commercially minded and data-driven. Able to take insights from analytics and customers and propose future strategies.

Financially astute, with the ability to manage a significant acquisitions budget.

Outstanding interpersonal skills, and ability to bring the best out of agencies/partners and Associate relationships.

Desirable:

D2C experience in a high-end consumer category.

Automotive knowledge.

Experience with Salesforce marketing cloud.

Duration: Minimum period of 12 Months
