Automotive Estimator (up to $3,500 + Bonus)

Responsibilities: Inspect damaged vehicles to assess the extent of damage and necessary repairs. Prepare detailed and accurate estimates for repair costs, including parts, labor, and materials. Liaise with insurance companies to discuss estimates and ensure all required documentation is provided. Communicate with customers to explain repair estimates and the insurance claim process. Coordinate with the workshop team to ensure timely and efficient repair of vehicles. Maintain accurate records of estimates, repair costs, and claim statuses. Stay updated on industry standards, repair techniques, and insurance claim procedures. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or queries promptly and professionally. Requirements: Diploma in Automotive Engineering or a related field. Minimum of 5 years experience in estimating automotive repair costs and handling insurance claims. Strong knowledge of automotive repair processes and industry standards. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Proficiency in using estimating software and MS Office applications.
