In this sales position, you will be the face of the dealership by handling inbound and outbound calls, responding to sales leads, engaging with prospective buyers that come into the showroom, and ultimately selling vehicles. What you'll be doing:

Approach, greet, and offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot.

Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.

Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospects.

Provide excellent product knowledge to convey the value through a feature based presentation to buyers.

Describe all optional products and accessories available for customer purchase.

Build strong rapport with customers, and exhibit a high level of commitment to customer satisfaction.

Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new/used vehicles.

Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards.

Follow the sales process, and deliver vehicles while making sure that customers understand the vehicle's operating features and warranty.

Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.

Manage a book of business and drive referral-based business.
What you will need:

A valid driver's license and a Virginia Sales License
-
A strong work ethic and openness to feedback.

Proficiency with computers, working in a CRM.
-
An internal drive to provide excellent customer service.
-
A great personality and to thrive in a team environment.

Professional in appearance and have excellent phone and email etiquette.

To be self-motivated and goal orientated.

To hit required dealership standards of productivity.

Must be 18 years or older and be authorized to work in the U.S.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Bilingual is a plus!
