Job Description:
The Audio Video Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing audio and video equipment in residential and commercial settings. This includes installing TVs, home theater systems, speakers, and other audio and video equipment. The technician will also troubleshoot and diagnose issues with audio and video equipment, and provide technical support to customers.




Key Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, and repair audio and video equipment
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with audio and video equipment
  • Have a basic understanding of home networks and home automation systems
  • Security system installation experience
  • Provide technical support to customers
  • Follow safety protocols when working with equipment
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed



Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Sales & Communication Skills: A talent for identifying additional service needs and explaining solutions clearly and persuasively to customers; experience with upselling and cross-selling is a plus.
